Job description: 

• The Associate Programme Officer is responsible for designing and executing various programmes and events that E2 organises, to build our pipeline or to support our entrepreneurs

• She/he will also work on a variety of corporate-wide projects

Main duties and responsibilities: 

• Design and execute entrepreneurial programmes and events for E2 including our accelerator programme

• Provide support and add value to E2 entrepreneurs

• Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders and service providers

• Conduct relevant research

• Provide input to our investment activities including our post-investment support

• Contribute to our social entrepreneurship mandate

• Prepare documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for internal and external audiences

• Work on corporate-wide projects (e.g. events, communication, etc)

Education and experience requirements 

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in finance, business, or other related fields

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience

• Entrepreneurial experience and deep understanding of early stage businesses (e.g. having your own business, working with a start-up, running an accelerator programme, etc)

• Good financial and analytical skills

• Project management and facilitation experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
